  • How do we communicate?

    The project correspondence goes through our custom built management system. The system keeps records of all projects, communication history, and full payment history. Phone calls and skype meetings are also fine.

    Are there any contracts?

    It’s up to you. We are perfectly fine with either signing a contract, or not. We know that formal contracts don’t make successful relationships, people do.

    Do you work under a non-disclosure agreement?

    Sure, this is the standard. We are absolutely fine signing an NDA.

  • Do you work over weekends?

    We need to recharge our batteries but in the case of an urgent project we can discuss and overcome the craziest deadlines.

    Will I have a dedicated account manager?

    All your projects will be assigned to the same account manager. Your account manager will get to know your team, the projects you submit and will be able to handle your requests in the most time-efficient manner.

    Can we negotiate an accountant-friendly payment policy?

    Of course, just say the word. Fortnightly, monthly… whatever suits your needs.
